Tour Overview
Join us on an unforgettable cycling adventure through one of the most beautiful
natural areas of Dalmatia – the Cetina River valley. This spectacular circular e-bike
tour takes you through the dramatic Cetina River Canyon, the historic Poljica region,
and the peaceful Dalmatian hinterland, where mountain landscapes descend all the
way to the crystal-clear river.
The tour begins in the village of Slime, a peaceful starting point surrounded by
untouched nature. After a short ride, we reach the historic Pavića Most, a beautiful
stone bridge built in 1900, gracefully spanning the Cetina River.
We continue with a short climb, partly on gravel roads, leading us to the impressive
Gubavica Waterfall – the first natural highlight of the tour and a perfect spot
for a refreshing break and photos.
From here, we enter the heart of the historic Poljica Republic, cycling through
authentic villages and diverse landscapes rich in culture and tradition.
The route then leads us to a panoramic viewpoint above Omiš, where the statue of
the legendary heroine Mile Gojsalić stands proudly. This viewpoint offers breathtaking
views over the Cetina canyon, the town of Omiš, the island of Brač, and the Brač
Channel – one of the most iconic panoramas in Dalmatia.
After enjoying the view, we descend towards Omiš, continuing along the river to
the famous Radmanove Mlinice – a historic mill complex hidden in lush greenery,
where time seems to stand still. Here we take a longer break to relax and enjoy
nature.
The final part of the tour leads back to Slime, cycling through a peaceful landscape
of canyon walls, forests, and untouched Dalmatian hinterland scenery.
